Due to their location, most GLS Parcel Lockers are available 24 hours a day. You have 5 working days to collect the parcel by entering the PIN code in the notification.
In the case of GLS Parcel Shops, you also have 5 working days to collect the parcel by presenting a valid ID. Parcels are delivered on the working day following dispatch for all delivery methods.
